High-performance, compatibility-tested optical transceivers for mission-critical applications.
Understanding the transition from 10G to 25G and the role of 32G in modern Storage Area Networks (SAN).
The 25G Ethernet standard (802.3by) provides a simplified path to 100G. Unlike 10G, which requires four lanes to reach 40G, 25G uses a single lane, significantly reducing power consumption and increasing port density. For data centers, this means a 2.5x increase in throughput with minimal cost increase, making SFP28 the "Goldilocks" solution for top-of-rack (ToR) switching.
While 25G targets Ethernet, the 32G SFP28 variant is engineered for Gen 6 Fibre Channel. It supports backward compatibility with 16G and 8G FC, allowing storage administrators to upgrade performance without replacing existing infrastructure. Our modules ensure ultra-low latency, crucial for NVMe-over-Fibre Channel (NVMe/FC) deployments.
Current 25G SFP28 modules primarily utilize NRZ (Non-Return-to-Zero) modulation. However, the roadmap points toward PAM4 (Pulse Amplitude Modulation) for 50G and beyond. As a forward-thinking manufacturer, Dorelink is already integrating silicon photonics and advanced DSPs to bridge the gap between today’s 25G needs and tomorrow’s 100G+ requirements.
Tailored optical connectivity for the most demanding sectors.
25G SFP28 is the backbone of 5G deployment. Our BiDi (Bidirectional) and WDM modules support eCPRI protocols, enabling telecom carriers to double fiber capacity and handle the massive bandwidth requirements of 5G base stations (AAU to DU connectivity).
In financial sectors, every microsecond counts. Our 25G SFP28 SR/LR modules are optimized for low-latency transmission, ensuring that data packets reach their destination with minimal jitter, providing a competitive edge in automated trading environments.
We provide Cisco, Arista, and Juniper compatible SFP28 modules that offer the same reliability as OEM parts but at a fraction of the cost. This allows hyperscalers to scale horizontally while maintaining strict thermal and power efficiency budgets.
Merging automated manufacturing with rigorous quality control.
Dorelink Optical Communications Co., Ltd. (Est. 2016) represents the pinnacle of modern optical manufacturing. Our 18,500㎡ facility is not just a factory; it is a technology hub designed for efficiency and reliability.
Global standards meet local expertise for seamless integration.
Our lab houses over 500 sets of original switches (Cisco, Huawei, Arista, Dell, HP). Every SFP28 module undergoes real-machine testing to ensure 100% firmware compatibility and DOM/DDM functional accuracy.
All products are CE, FCC, RoHS, and TUV certified. We strictly adhere to MSA (Multi-Source Agreement) standards, ensuring our transceivers are interchangeable across different hardware platforms.
From I-Temp (Industrial: -40°C to 85°C) to C-Temp (Commercial), our modules are built to withstand extreme environments, making them ideal for outdoor 5G cabinets and unconditioned server rooms.
