Dorelink

Factories like Dorelink Optical Communications benefit from being at the heart of the world’s most mature electronics ecosystem. This allows for rapid prototyping and sourcing of high-grade phosphor bronze and stainless steel, reducing lead times by 40% compared to Western counterparts.
With 120 professional engineers, our facility doesn't just replicate TE or Amphenol designs; we optimize them for modern thermal loads. In the last year alone, we released 85 innovative optical models, focusing on compatibility and signal stability.
By leveraging automated production lines and massive economies of scale (USD 18 million annual export), Chinese manufacturers provide 1xN cages that meet rigorous global standards (RoHS, REACH) at a significantly lower TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
Optimizing Top-of-Rack (ToR) switches for 25G/100G migration using 1x4 and 1x6 ganged SFP+ cages.
5G Base station deployments where ruggedness and EMI protection are paramount in outdoor cabinets.
Reliable fiber connectivity for smart manufacturing plants requiring long-reach communication with zero latency.
Established in 2016, Dorelink is a global leader in optical transceiver and interconnect solutions. With an 18,500㎡ facility and a dedicated team of 45 quality control experts, we ensure every ganged SFP cage meets the highest reliability standards.
Our quality management system covers IQC, IPQC, and FQC, incorporating optical power testing and temperature cycling to guarantee performance in harsh environments.
Ganged ports are arranged horizontally in a single row, making them ideal for thin 1U chassis or NICs. Stacked ports provide double the density in the same horizontal width but require a taller chassis profile. Dorelink manufactures both, but ganged ports are preferred for their superior thermal airflow in specific airflow designs.
Our cages are designed according to the SFF-8432 and SFF-8433 MSA (Multi-Source Agreement) standards. We conduct cross-reference testing to ensure that our parts, such as the 2170193-1 replacement, are footprint-compatible and performance-equivalent to original Tier-1 brands.
Standard configurations are usually in stock. For large OEM orders, our 18,500㎡ facility allows for a lead time of 2-4 weeks, significantly faster than the 12-20 week industry average seen in recent years.
Yes, while the mechanical cage remains similar, our high-speed versions utilize enhanced EMI gaskets and superior plating to handle the tighter signal integrity requirements of SFP28 and beyond.
